BASE4 Ventures LLC. was conceived in 2003 with a simple idea to bring quality products to the market at lightning speed.  Our headquarters is located in Carrollton, Texas with several offices in China.  Our vast list of retail partners highlights our flexibility and nimbleness in the market.

 

The hallmarks of our company are design, innovate, and deliver.  We have been creating quality, consumer goods for over a decade and as a natural extension we have slowly been designing and developing our way to greater and greater market share.

 

We segment our business into five primary segments: BBQ accessories, storage products, bath products, impulse products and sourcing.  In BBQ accessories, we are a Char-Broil licensee and design and manufacture a broad range of BBQ accessory products for major retailers such as AAFES, Target, The Home Depot and others.  Our Storage line features proprietary products like our KnifeDock™ in upscale retailers such as Williams Sonoma, Bed Bath and Beyond, Container Store, Crate and Barrel and others.  Our bath products can be found at Ulta, Target, Publix, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens and others.  BASE4 began as an impulse company and we have major programs at most of the largest grocery chains, drug chains, and mass retailers in the United States.  Since we are in so many product categories we have been approached by suppliers and retailers alike to source product given our extensive international infrastructure.  Our staff of full time employees in northern and southern China, operating as a legal representative company there, provides end-to-end sourcing for all of our products.
